Tree & Shrub Guarantee

Outdoor Trees and Shrubs - 1 year from original date of purchase, except for Azaleas, Pieris Japonica, Roses, Butterfly Bush, Rhododendrons and Japanese Maples which are only guaranteed through October 31 of the year in which purchase was made.

- Abele Greenhouse & Garden Center will accept returns of these items provided you have your original receipt, plant tag and the plant (alive or dead) under the following conditions:

- Non-saleable or dead plants are eligible for merchandise credit good for one year.
- Guarantee begins on the original date of purchase.
- Replacement plants are not guaranteed.
- Sale items are guaranteed for sale price only.
- Guarantee does not cover acts of God, frost or drought.
- We reserve the right to void guarantee due to lack of watering or neglect.

Note - Perennials, Florida Foliage, Annuals, Vegetables, Grapes & Blueberries, Peonies, Tree Peonies, etc. are not guaranteed.
